SERVICE PLANS

We offer two service plans to keep your unit running efficiently. We offer 24-hour emergency service to existing customers with accounts in good standing. Be assured that our factory-trained technicians will have your unit up and running as quickly as possible.  We can also service all of your plumbing needs.

SERVICE CONTRACT: PLAN A

TEN POINT ANNUAL TUNE-UP TEN POINTS CONSIST OF:
1. BRUSH AND VACUUM HEAT EXCHANGER AND COMBUSTION AREAS.
2. CLEAN EXHAUST PIPE AND CHIMNEY BASE OR CLEAN AND LUBRICATE POWER VENT UNIT.
3. CLEAN BURNER DRAWER ASSEMBLY, REPLACE NOZZLE, ADJUST ELECTRODES.
4. REPLACE OIL FILTER AND PUMP SCREEN.
5. TEST PHOTOCELL AND SAFETY CONTROLLERS.
6. TEST IGNITION TRANSFORMER.
7. LUBRICATE BURNER MOTOR, FAN OR CIRCULATOR MOTORS.  
8. CLEAN TEMPERATURE SENSORS.
9. REPLACE AIR FILTERS, CHECK HUMIDIFIERS (WARM AIR SYSTEMS) TEST CIRCULATOR PUMPS, FEED VALVES (HOT WATER SYSTEMS) TEST LOW WATER CUTOFF VALVES, FEED VALVES (STEAM SYSTEMS). 
10. COMBUSTION EFFICIENCY TEST AND RECORD RESULTS.

Price includes nozzle, standard oil filter, pump strainer, and air filters. Price includes standard labor time of two hours. Any additional parts or labor will be billed at prevailing prices.

All work shall be performed Monday through Friday between 8:00A.M. AND 4:00 P.M.
All Labor is guaranteed for 30 days. Parts guaranteed as per manufacturer.
Must be a Parker Oil fuel customer to qualify and account must be current.

SERVICE CONTRACT: PLAN B

INCLUDES TEN POINT TUNE-UP AS WELL AS REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

PRIMARY CONTROL, IGNITION TRANSFORMER, MOTOR/PUMP COUPLING, 
STD. THERMOSTAT, BURNER MOTOR, ELECTRODES, TEMPERATURE LIMIT CONTROL, OIL FILTER, COMBUSTION CHAMBER, PHOTOCELL, FUEL PUMP, BLOWER/CIRCULATOR, DRIVE BELTS, PLUS ALL LABOR AS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, INCLUDING EMERGENCY SERVICE.

CONTRACT FOR SERVICE IS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR COMMENCING FROM BILLING DATE.

COST = $249.95

Does not cover exhaust piping, power vent units, oil tanks or oil tank piping.
Does not cover any service required if customer runs out of oil and is not on our automatic delivery plan. 

All service shall be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 p m. After hours service for emergency calls only. This is an oil burner service plan only and covers the parts and labor as specified above. Any additional parts or labor will be billed at rate in effect at time the work is performed. All labor and materials must be supplied by Parker Oil Co. All fuel oil must be supplied by Parker Oil Co. All units must be previously inspected by Parker Oil Co. before acceptance into this plan. Any unit in poor or obsolete condition, or not properly installed will not be accepted for service.

Contract can only be purchased between April 1 and October 31. All tune-ups must be done prior to November 30.

Contract is for residential customers only. Commercial contracts can be designed to meet your specific needs.
